1. Who we are

We collect your personal information in several ways when you use the Services and/or access the Site. These can broadly be categorised as follows:


Information that comes directly from you: this is the personal information about you that you enter into the Site yourself such as your date of birth or address you record in your personal profile when subscribing to become a user of the Services, or when purchasing an application for any of our products or Services or you are speaking to a representative by phone. It may also be collected when you chat with our online representatives or sign up to any of our workshops, seminars et cetera. Currently we do not require you to provide personal information to have access to the free content on the Site. However, to be able to provide you with some of the Services you must choose to become a registered subscriber or member. If so you will be required to provide a valid email address and possibly your name and contact phone number. We collect this information so that we can send you email notices about us our Services, courses and our offers.



Information we receive from your use of the Site and Services: some personal information is automatically collected whenever you use the Services such as your IP address. We also collect information on the different Services you use. This is done to get a better view on how the Services are used and to the able to improve the Site and the Services and to provide best user experience available.

Authorised Third – Party Service Providers

We provide some Services through third parties. We do not collect or store any payment data. Third-party payment processors are used for this.
